The report from St. Kitts indicates that it was not so hard hit by the Hurricane. The Bay road in Basseterre was blocked by the flood waters as the flood waters converged with the sea. The sea level rose in areas like Old road, Dieppe Bay and Sandy Point and caused much coastal erosion and at times made the roadway impassable.

Zion Moravian Church sustained minimal damage when one window was broken during the hurricane and caused water to enter the Sanctuary. Apart from that St. Kitts seemed to be in good shape.
